- MELGAIN contains Decapeptide which is used to manage vitiligo. It helps to restore the color to dipigmented or white areas of skin. Vitiligo is a skin disorder characterized by hyperpigmentation (excessive lightening or whitening of the skin) with uneven white patches appear on the skin leaving a clearly noticeable uneven colour. This is due to the malfunctioning of the cells in the epidermis of the skin that are responsible for producing melanin (melanocytes).
